PAWPLANET™ SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with PawPlanet™. We are committed to delivering your order as quickly and efficiently as possible.

1. SHIPPING AREAS

PawPlanet™ currently ships throughout South Africa.

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer international shipping.


2. ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received and verified.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During periods of high demand, processing times may be extended.


3. DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

Estimated delivery time is 8–11 business days from the date your order is dispatched.

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Delivery times may vary depending on:

  • Your location;

  • Weather conditions;

  • Public holidays;

  • Courier operational delays;

  • High order volumes;

  • Events outside our reasonable control.


4. SHIPPING PARTNER

PawPlanet™ uses Aramex and other approved courier partners where necessary to deliver orders safely and efficiently.

Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive tracking information via email or SMS.


5. SHIPPING DELAYS

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, PawPlanet™ cannot be held responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier service disruptions;

  • Extreme weather conditions;

  • Strikes or labour disputes;

  • Public holidays;

  • Natural disasters;

  • Incorrect delivery information provided by the customer;

  • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

PawPlanet™ shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from delivery delays.

However, nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable South African consumer protection laws.


6. INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect address is supplied and the order has already been dispatched, PawPlanet™ cannot guarantee successful delivery and may charge additional shipping fees for redelivery where applicable.


7. LOST OR DAMAGED PARCELS

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs of the packaging and product.

If your parcel appears to be lost in transit, please contact us so we can investigate the matter with the courier.


8. ORDER TRACKING

Once available, tracking details will be provided via email.

Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking updates and ensuring someone is available to receive the parcel where required.
